The Computer Planet provides desktop and laptop repair services at home and office locations across Delhi & Noida. We also offer sales of computer accessories and custom-built desktops.

2. Booking & Payment

• All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• On-site repair charges will be communicated before the technician visit.
• Payment must be made upon successful completion of the service via UPI, cash, or online transfer.

3. Warranty

• Repair services come with a limited warranty (typically 30-90 days), which covers the specific problem repaired.
• The warranty does not apply to physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Failure to cancel in time may incur a visit charge.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure proper access to the device and workspace for the technician.
• Backup your important data before handing over the system. We are not responsible for data loss during repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Computer Planet will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for communication and service delivery. We do not share or sell customer data.

8. Intellectual Property
